This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed on https://gemsmeet.com and operated by Guangzhou Jingmi Trading Co., Ltd. under the brand name GemMeet Jewelry.

1. Order Processing Time

All GemMeet Jewelry jewelry pieces are prepared with care. Because many of our crystal bracelets, necklaces and gemstone accessories are handmade or hand-finished, our standard order processing time is 5-7 business days.

Orders placed after 6：00 PM GMT+8 may be processed on the next business day. Processing time does not include weekends, public holidays, customs clearance, courier delays or delivery time after dispatch.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia,Southeast Asia. If your shipping destination is not available at checkout, please contact us at gemmeet.jewelry@gmail.com before placing an order.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped through our logistics partners. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is usually 15 business days, depending on your destination, courier performance, customs clearance and local delivery conditions.

Delivery estimates are provided for reference only. We do our best to ship your order on time, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates affected by courier delays, weather, customs inspections, local holidays, incorrect addresses or other events beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated according to calculated at checkout by destination and order value. Orders over USD $100 may qualify for free shipping where available.

Any shipping promotion, free shipping threshold or limited-time delivery offer will be shown on our website or at checkout. If a discount code or shipping promotion is not applied at checkout, please contact us before completing your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. You may also track your order here: https://gemsmeet.com.

Tracking information may take 24-72 hours to update after the parcel has been dispatched.

6. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees or other local charges. customer is responsible unless collected at checkout.

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with local import rules before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays, returns or additional costs caused by customs clearance, unpaid import charges or restrictions imposed by local authorities.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number and email address are accurate before placing your order. GemMeet Jewelry is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, returned or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at gemmeet.jewelry@gmail.com. We will try to assist you, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.

8. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at gemmeet.jewelry@gmail.com with your order number, tracking number and photos of the package if applicable.

For damaged packages, please keep all original packaging materials and take clear photos of the outer package, inner packaging and product condition. This helps us communicate with the courier and provide appropriate support.

9. Handmade Jewelry Notice

Our products may include natural crystals, gemstones, wooden beads, pearls, plated metal parts and hand-strung details. Slight variations in color, texture, bead size, mineral veins, ice cracks, inclusions and hand-finished details are normal characteristics of handmade natural gemstone jewelry and are not considered shipping damage.
