This Return & Exchange Policy applies to purchases made on https://gemsmeet.com and operated by Guangzhou Jingmi Trading Co., Ltd. under the brand name GemMeet Jewelry.

1. Return Window

We accept eligible return requests within 14 business days after the order is delivered. To request a return, please contact us at gemmeet.jewelry@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return and clear photos of the item.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free from perfume, cosmetics, stains, scratches or signs of wear, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, gift packaging and tags included where applicable.

For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, jewelry that has been worn for an extended period, damaged through improper use or altered after delivery may not be eligible for return.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect:

· Customized, personalized, resized, engraved or made-to-order jewelry.

· Items damaged by misuse, pulling, impact, water exposure, sweat, chemicals, perfume, skincare products or improper storage.

· Products showing natural crystal characteristics such as mineral inclusions, ice cracks, cotton veils, color variation, natural veins, small pits or slight bead-size differences.

· Final sale or excluded items: sale items, gift cards, customized items.

4. Natural Crystal and Handmade Variation Notice

Our jewelry is made with natural crystals, gemstones, pearls, wooden beads and hand-finished details. Natural inclusions, mineral veins, ice cracks, cotton-like textures, color depth differences, bead diameter tolerance and small handmade variations are normal. These characteristics make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Slight differences in weight, size, luster, shape or texture between two pieces of the same style do not indicate a quality issue.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gemmeet.jewelry@gmail.com. Please include your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging and a brief description of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by a production error, shipping damage or fulfillment mistake, we may offer a replacement, exchange, repair support, store credit or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

6. Exchanges

We accept eligible exchange requests within 14 business days after delivery. Exchanges may be available for size, style or product changes depending on stock availability.

If the requested replacement item has a different price, the customer may need to pay the price difference before the exchange is shipped. If the requested item is out of stock, we may offer store credit or another available option.

7. Return Shipping

Return shipping cost rule: customer pays unless the item is defective or wrong. Customers are responsible for using a trackable shipping method and securely packaging the item to prevent damage during return transit.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, payment processing fees and return shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to our error.

9. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at gemmeet.jewelry@gmail.com. We will try to help before the order enters production or processing. Once an item is handmade, customized, packed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
