Material Care
Tune your frequency with stones, ignite your fortune with stars. Every natural crystal and sterling silver fitting carries billions of years of natural precipitation. Proper daily maintenance preserves its luster, complete vibration energy and delicate craft details for a long time. Please follow the care tips below to protect your jewelry.
Natural Crystal Stones
1. Avoid long-term direct sunlight
Prolonged exposure to strong sunlight will fade the color of rose quartz, amethyst, citrine and fluorite, and make the stone surface lose transparency. Keep jewelry in cool shaded places when not wearing.
2. Keep away from all chemicals
Cosmetics, perfume, body wash, alcohol, disinfectant, sulfur in hot springs will corrode the stone surface, resulting in matte luster, corrosion and permanent discoloration. Please remove all jewelry before makeup, bathing, spa and sports.
3. Prevent collision and scratch
Natural crystals have different hardness. Hard stones such as obsidian and quartz will scratch soft stones like fluorite, moonstone and calcite. Do not stack multiple pieces together when storing.
4. Gentle cleaning method
Only wipe dust and oil stains with a soft dry microfiber cloth. Do not soak stones in detergent, salt water or chemical cleaner.
S925 Silver & Copper 18K Gold-Plated Fittings Care
1. Natural Tarnishing Feature
Copper and S925 silver base metals are prone to oxidation. Sweat, humidity, perfume, skincare, sulfur and hot spring ingredients will darken or discolor the plating. Tarnish is a normal chemical reaction, not a product quality defect.
2. Proper Polishing & Restoration
Method Gently rub tarnished metal surfaces only with the dedicated silver polishing cloth. Liquid silver cleaners, bleach and chemical detergents are strictly prohibited, as they will permanently corrode and peel off the 18K gold plating.
3. Daily Wearing Taboos
Remove all jewelry before bathing, swimming, soaking in hot springs, exercising or applying cosmetics. Water, sulfur and chemical substances will accelerate plating fading and base metal oxidation.
4. Storage Tips
When not wearing, wipe off sweat and oil with a dry soft cloth first, then seal in a dry anti-tarnish jewelry pouch. Isolate from air to slow oxidation; do not store multiple metal jewelry piled together to avoid plating scratches.
5. Avoid Hard Collision
The gold plating layer is thin and fragile. Knocks, friction with hard crystals or metal will scratch and wear away the plating surface, exposing the copper/silver base underneath.
Elastic Cord Bracelets
1. Service life of elastic cord
Elastic thread is a consumable material. Normal daily wear lasts 6–12 months; heavy sweating, frequent take-off and strenuous exercise will accelerate aging, restring every 3–6 months is recommended.
2. Strictly keep away from water and chemicals
Water, shower gel and sweat will corrode elastic fiber, cause breakage risk and lead to stone loss.
3. Storage method
Lay the bracelet flat loosely in a pouch, never stretch it forcibly for long-term storage, permanent elasticity loss will occur.
4. Restring support
We provide a free threading kit with most styles (excluding special craftsmanship designs) for self-restring. Contact customer service for professional restring service for complex carved focal bead styles.
Crystal Purification Guide
Three safe & universal purification methods for all crystals:
1. Moonlight purification: Place stones under clear moonlight overnight, the soft lunar vibration refreshes crystal energy without damaging color.
2. Clear quartz cluster purification: Rest jewelry on clear quartz clusters for 4+ hours to absorb negative vibrations.
3. Sage smudging: Light sage bundle and let light smoke wrap the stone for 30 seconds, quick and gentle cleansing. Methods NOT recommended: Salt water soaking, long-hour sunlight baking, sonic cleaner. These will damage soft stones and plating.
PS:Our default bracelet wrist size is 16.5cm, complimentary threading kit included for all regular styles, excluding special craftsmanship designs.
