Are all your crystals natural genuine stones?
Yes. All jewelry at GemMeet is crafted from 100% natural mined crystals and gemstones, free of glass or synthetic resin imitations. Natural inclusions, ice cracks and mineral veins are inherent traits of raw stones rather than defects.
What does GemMeet’s core concept “energy resonance” mean?
All things in nature carry unique vibrational frequencies, and natural crystals hold energy forged by the earth and stars over millions of years. What is the acceptable natural size tolerance for crystals?
Round beads: ±0.5mm tolerance; irregular carved focal stones/raw chunks: ±2mm. All measurements are hand-taken with calipers; hand polishing cannot achieve perfectly uniform industrial sizing.A 1-3mm size difference within the same batch is normal and not a defect.
Are natural inclusions and mineral pits considered defects eligible for return?
Cotton veils and ice cracks are natural mineral marks formed billions of years ago. Each crystal bears one-of-a-kind textures, which also distinguish natural stones from synthetic ones. Not manufacturing defects, and cannot be returned for this reason. Broken or chipped stones caused by production flaws are eligible for after-sales support.
Do different gram weights for identical bracelet styles mean a quality gap?
This does not indicate a quality difference. Natural crystals share consistent density, but internal inclusions and mineral pits slightly alter volume and weight. A 0.5-2g weight variance is natural and does not affect appearance or vibrational energy.
Sizing & Handmade Details
How do I measure my wrist size for bracelets?
- Wrap a soft measuring tape snugly around the narrowest part of your wrist to get your raw wrist circumference.
- For a snug fit: add 0.5 cm to your raw measurement; for a loose, draping fit: add 1~1.5 cm.
PS：Our standard bracelet wrist circumference is 16.5cm, and a complimentary threading kit will be provided with every order, excluding styles with special craftsmanship.
Why do two bracelets marked with the same bead size have different total lengths?
Two main reasons:
- Natural raw crystal beads have a natural diameter tolerance of 0.3~0.8mm;
- Focal beads, Irregular beads and spacer beads change the total length.
How long does elastic cord last? How often should I replace it?
With regular daily wear, the elastic cord lasts 6–12 months. Frequent exercise, heavy sweat or repeated on/off will speed up wear. We recommend restringing every 3–6 months to prevent sudden breakage and stone loss.
Can I wear different crystals together? Will their energies clash?
Most natural crystals can be worn together. Gentle stones like rose quartz, moonstone and clear quartz match all varieties.

Will natural crystals fade or change color over time?
Pure natural crystals won’t fade inherently. Prolonged exposure to perfume, skincare products and chemicals may dull their luster. Amethyst and rose quartz will lighten under long-term direct sunlight; proper daily care preserves their original color.
Should I wear the jewelry every day? How to store it when not in use?
Daily wear is acceptable. Please remove them before showering, exercising or applying makeup. Store separately in soft pouches or jewelry boxes when idle to avoid scratches from hard metal objects, and keep away from dampness and chemicals.
Do I need to purify new crystals after receiving them? What purification methods are recommended?
Purification is recommended before first wear. Three gentle methods: Leave it under moonlight overnight; rest it on clear quartz clusters for over 4 hours; lightly smudge with sage. Salt water soaking and harsh direct sunlight are not advised, as they may harm stones.
Are the claimed healing properties of crystals just metaphysical folklore?
The vibrational benefits of crystals stem from chakra culture and mineral healing traditions, serving as spiritual comfort rather than medical treatment. They calm mood and accompany you, but cannot replace professional medicine.
How long will it take to ship after ordering? Are items in stock?
All the products are handmade, so the delivery time is usually 5 - 7 days. Rush orders can be noted at checkout for priority arrangement.
